The following is a company announcement issued by the Company pursuant to Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company hereby announces that following the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company held on the 26 June 2012, Mr Jonathan Buttigieg of 'Ta Benjamin', no. 4, Triq is-Salini, Naxxar, has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect from 26 June 2012. Mr Buttigieg is a qualified Civil Engineer with a Masters Degree in Construction Management. He has been in employment with Vassallo Builders Limited since 1993 and occupies the position of a Commercial Director. Besides being a participating member of the Vassallo Group Strategy Board since 1999 he has also represented Vassallo Builders Limited in several Joint Venture projects throughout his career. He has served as a Company Director on Building Consultancy Services Limited between 1999 to 2007 and is also a Company Director to Makeezi Limited in 2012.

He does not hold office as director in any other Listed Company nor has he held any such office at any time in the previous five years. There are no matters concerning Mr Buttigieg that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.

Furthermore, pursuant to the same AGM, the following were automatically re-appointed as Directors of the Company, given that the number of nominations for directors was equivalent to the number of vacancies on the Board :-
