Midas Minerals Ltd (ASX: MM1) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Midas Minerals Ltd (‘MM1’) will be halted at the request of MM1, pending the release of an announcement by MM1.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 16 April 2026; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

MM1’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Midas Minerals Ltd (ASX: MM1) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising and resource update.

The Company requests a trading halt from receipt of this request until the earlier of a release of the announcement, or the commencement of trade on Thursday, 16 April 2026.

The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted by the ASX.
