Midas Minerals Limited (‘MM1’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Friday, 3 September 2021.
Official quotation of MM1’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 11:00AM AEST on Tuesday, 7 September 2021.
MM1 raised $6,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 12 July 2021 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 30,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
