DATE OF AGM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Midas Minerals Ltd (ASX: MM1) (“Company”) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 26 May 2025.

An item of business at the Meeting will be the election and re-election of certain directors. In accordance with article 7.5(d) of the Company's Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday, 1 April 2025.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (Perth time) on Tuesday, 1 April 2025.
