DATE OF AGM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Midas Minerals Ltd ( ASX: MM1 ) (“Company”) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 5 May 2023.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with article 7.5(d) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday, 14 March 2023.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (Perth time) on Tuesday, 14 March 2023.
