Date of 2022 AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

Midas Minerals Ltd ( " Midas ", or " the Company ") (ASX: MM1) advises that it plans to hold its Annual General Meeting on Monday, 30 May 2022. Further details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed to shareholders in due course.

In accordance with the Company’s Constitution and Listing Rule 3.13.1, notice is provided that the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director at the Annual General Meeting must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (AWST) on Wednesday, 6 April 2022.
