Microsaic Systems plc (AIM: MSYS), an international developer and provider of testing solutions for unique and underserved public health and environmental markets, announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") is now available on the Company's website at https://www.microsaic.com/investors/#documents

The Notice of AGM will be posted to shareholders today, together with the Form of Proxy for voting at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The Company will hold its AGM at the offices of Turner Pope Investments (TPI) Limited (the Company's joint broker) at 3 Queen Street, London, W1J 5PA on 11 December 2024 at noon.
