On August 2, 2021, Micron Technology, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share of the Company’s outstanding common stock and a conference call on Monday, August 2, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. Mountain time to discuss the Company’s updated capital allocation strategy. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
