On June 22, 2017, Brian M. Shirley’s position with Micron Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) changed from Vice President, Memory Solutions to Senior Vice President, DRAM & Emerging Memory Engineering.

On June 23, 2017, Mr. Sumit Sadana joined the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer and on June 26, 2017, Mr. Jeff VerHeul joined the Company as Senior Vice President, Non-Volatile Engineering.
