Microlise Group plc (AIM: SAAS), a leading provider of transport management software to fleet operators, announces that it has been notified that on 9 December 2025, Nadeem Raza, Chief Executive of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities, transferred his entire shareholding, representing 58,032,442 ordinary shares in the Company, to a new custody account.

Following this transfer, Nadeem Raza's shareholding in the Company will remain at 58,032,442 shares (50.05%).
