MICRO-X LIMITED – REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Micro-X Limited (ASX:MX1) ( Company ) requests a voluntary suspension be implemented for its shares under Listing Rule 17.2. with immediate effect.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, the Company advises that:

1. it requests the voluntary suspension pending an announcement by the Company in relation to an equity raising;

2. at this stage it expects the voluntary suspension to remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement to the market in relation to the outcome of the proposed equity raising and the commencement of normal trading on Monday 10 February 2025;

3. it is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted; and

4. it is not aware of any further information necessary to inform the market of the suspension at this time.
