Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

Micro-X Limited ACN 153 273 735 ( Company ) gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Act ) that:

  • (a) on 18 February 2025, it issued 25,742,859 fully paid ordinary shares to sophisticated and professional investors – these shares were issued for cash consideration of $0.07 per share;

  • (b) the shares referred to above were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

  • (c) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

  • (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and

  • (ii) section 674 and 674A of the Act; and

  • (d) as at the date of this notice, there is no “excluded information” of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act.
