MICRO-X RECEIVES $2.1M R&D TAX INCENTIVE

Adelaide, Australia, 22[nd] December 2021: Australian hi-tech company Micro-X Ltd (ASX:MX1) ( Micro-X or the Company ), a leader in cold cathode x-ray technology for health and security markets globally, is pleased to advise that it has received a Research & Development ( R&D ) Tax Incentive, net of income tax payable, of $2.1 million for the financial year ended 30 June 2021.

The cash rebate from the Australian Tax Office is related to the expenditure on eligible Australian R&D activities conducted during the 2020/2021 financial year. The amount received is consistent with the Company’s previous guidance.
