Micro-X Limited (ASX: MX1) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Micro-X Limited (‘MX1’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of MX1, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 17 April 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

MICRO-X LIMITED- REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Micro-X Limited (ASX:MXl) requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) for all of its ordinary shares from the commencement of trading today, 15 April 2020.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, MXl advises that:

1. the trading halt is requested pending an announcement by MX1 in respect of a material capital raising (Announcement). The trading hait is necessary to prevent trading taking piace on an uninformed basis and to allow the capital raising to take place in an orderly manner;

2. it requests the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on 17 April 2020 and when the Announcement is released to the market;

3. it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and
