MICRO-X LIMITED – REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Micro-X Limited (ASX: MX1 ) requests a voluntary suspension be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ) for all of its ordinary shares from the commencement of trading today.

The voluntary suspension is requested to allow the board to finalise its review of MX1's current capital management and a potential capital raising.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, MX1 advises that:

1. it requests the voluntary suspension pending an announcement by MX1 in respect of the review ( Announcement );

2. it requests the voluntary suspension to remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 11 November 2019 and when the Announcement is released to the market;

3. it is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted; and

4. it is not aware of any further information necessary to inform the market of the voluntary suspension.
