BUSINESS UPDATE
SA Loan Agreement
Micro-X Limited (‘ Micro-X ’) is pleased to announce the South Australian Government Financing Authority loan facility agreement has been executed by the South Australian Treasurer. As previously disclosed, the loan commitment is $3.0M with an agreed interest rate of 5.75% per annum paid monthly in arrears. A drawdown notice for $2.6M has been executed, with funds from the initial drawdown to be received by Micro-X today, Tuesday 23[rd] August 2016.
Tonsley Facility & Change of Registered Office
Renewal SA today will formally hand over Micro-X’s permanent new facility at Tonsley. Move-in to the manufacturing and assembly area has commenced and production validation operations are already underway.
With completion of the new facility Micro-X has from today changed its Registered Office to:
