MICRO-X APPOINTS NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Further strengthening financial and commercial leadership to support growth

Adelaide, Australia, 27 March 2026: Australian hi-tech company Micro-X Ltd (ASX:MX1) ( Micro-X or the Company ), a global leader in cold cathode X-ray technology for health and security markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Peter Dickman as Chief Financial Officer effective 30 March 2026.

Peter brings senior financial expertise, developed over more than 20 years in large, complex listed organisations operating across multiple markets. His experience includes delivering disciplined financial stewardship, capital oversight and enterprise planning. Prior to joining Micro-X, Peter was Group Chief Performance Officer at Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd, with enterprise-level responsibility for financial planning, performance oversight and capital planning across 12 international markets. He brings strong analytical capability and significant experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
