PATRICK O’BRIEN TO BE APPOINTED AS CHAIR
Adelaide, Australia, 15 January 2025: Australian hi-tech company Micro-X Ltd (ASX:MX1) ( Micro-X or the Company ), a leader in cold cathode X-ray technology for health and security markets globally, is pleased to announce that Patrick O’Brien will replace David Knox as Chair effective today at which time Mr Knox will retire from the Micro-X Board. Mr O’Brien previously served as Chair from 2015 to 2020 and is currently a nonexecutive director.
Today’s announcement follows Mr Knox’s announcement at the Company’s 2024 AGM of his intention to retire from the Micro-X Board in early 2025. He is retiring to provide the flexibility to spend more time in his native Scotland.
