Appointment of Company Secretary

Adelaide, Australia, 30 May 2025: Australian hi-tech company Micro-X Ltd (ASX:MX1) ( Micro-X or the Company ), a leader in cold cathode x-ray technology for health and security markets globally, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Richard Willson as Company Secretary effective on 30 May 2025, with Kingsley Hall resigning as Company Secretary at this time.

Mr. Willson is a seasoned Company Secretary, Non-Executive Director, and CFO with over 25 years of experience spanning both private and publicly listed companies, predominantly working across the technology and resources sectors, including more than 18 years acting as Company Secretary for ASX listed companies. Based in Adelaide, Mr. Willson is currently Company Secretary and Non-Executive Director of a number of ASX listed companies.

Mr Willson holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of South Australia, and is a fellow of CPA Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Richard Willson will be Micro-x’s representative for ASX communications under ASX Listing Rule 12.6.
