CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Micro-X Limited (ASX: MX1) advises that Mr Richard Hannebery has resigned his position as Executive Director for Corporate Development of Micro-X Limited and from his Directorship of the Company in order to concentrate on his other business interests.
Richard has been helping to build the company since its earliest days in 2013 and he has been a director since 2014. The Board of Directors expressed appreciation for the enormous contribution made by Richard during his long association with Micro-X Limited and wishes him every success in his exciting new challenges.
