Receipt of Final Sales Proceeds for Senado Square Project

Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited, managed by Sniper Capital Limited, announces that pursuant to the sale of its retail redevelopment project, Senado Square, on 26 March 2018 for HK$800 million (c.US$102 million), the Company has received the remaining sales proceeds of HK$785 million (c.US$100.1 million).

This sum had been held in escrow pending the registration of the share transfer to the purchaser with the Macau Commercial Registry, which has now been completed.
