Result of AGM and Directorate Change

Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC (AIM: MBH), the specialist brick, land development and landfill company, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, Wednesday 10 May 2017, all resolutions were duly passed.

Eric Gadsden, the non-executive Chairman, steps down from the Board with immediate effect. He originally announced his intention to leave the Board in March. Eric became Chairman of the Board in 1997 at the inception of the Company. Eric continues to run his housing development and investment businesses. The Deputy Chairman, Martin Warner, will become non-executive Chairman.

The Board at Michelmersh thank Eric for his contribution over the last 20 years and wish him well in the future.
