Results of General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held at 12.00 p.m. on 19 March 2018 the sole resolution tabled was duly passed without amendment.

The details of voting on the resolution are as follows:

THAT, the proposed sale by the Group of the Target Company and the Shareholder Loans (each term as defined in the circular to shareholders of the Company dated 28 February 2018 (the Circular)) on the terms and subject to the conditions of the Promissory Transfer Agreement (a summary of which is set out in Part 5 of the Circular), and the associated and ancillary agreements and arrangements contemplated by the Promissory Transfer Agreement, be approved and that any and all of the Directors (or any duly constituted committee thereof) be authorised to: (a) take all steps as may be necessary, expedient or desirable and do all necessary or appropriate things in relation thereto; and (b) implement the same and agree and make non-material modifications, variations, revisions or amendments in relation to the foregoing as they may in their absolute discretion deem necessary, expedient or desirable.	52,622,435	100%	0	0.00%	4,096

As set out in the Circular dated 28 February 2018, the expected date of completion of the disposal of the Company's interests in the Senado Square project is on or before Thursday, 29 March 2018. The Company will make a further announcement in due course once completion has occurred.
