14.05.2025 by our Company 4.82 TL - 5.02 TL (weighted average 4.937 TL) price range for a total of 735,018 TL MHRGY shares with nominal value were repurchased.

As a result of these transactions, the shares repurchased as of 14.05.2025 total value 17,710,284 TL and the ratio of these shares to the capital was realized as 0.45673 % these shares to the share capital.
