Additional Explanations

Within the scope of the share repurchase transactions initiated with the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated 25.06.2024;

MHRGY shares with a total nominal value of TL 1.044.039 were repurchased by our Company on 26.08.2024 at a price range of TL 4,41 TL – 4.43 (weighted average TL 4,422 ) per share in Borsa Istanbul.

As a result of these transactions, the total value of the repurchased shares as of 26.08.2024 was TL 54.682.616 and the ratio of these shares to the capital was realized as 1.329 %.
