Additional Explanations

Within the scope of the share buyback transactions initiated with the decision of our Company's Board of Directors dated 25.06.2024;

On 30.09.2024, MHRGY shares with a total nominal value of TL 1,140,000 were repurchased by our Company at Borsa Istanbul at a price range of TL 4.73 - TL 4.77 (weighted average 4.755) per share.

As a result of these transactions, the total value of the repurchased shares as of 30.09.2024 was TL 86.041.618 and the ratio of these shares to the capital was realized as 2.15%.
