The share buyback program, which was initiated with the decision taken by the Board of Directors of our Company on 25.06.2024, has been completed as a result of the transactions made today.

Within the scope of the share buyback program, our Company bought back shares with a total nominal value of TL 20,000,000 between 26.06.2024 - 02.10.2024 at Borsa Istanbul with an average price of TL 4.834.

The total amount paid for the share buyback is TL 96,683,818.45 and the ratio of MHRGYO shares owned by our Company to the Company's capital is 2.418% as of 02.10.2024.
