Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu III-48.1 sayılı Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklıkları Tebliği Madde 40-3 (ç) uyarınca; 2025 yılı içerisinde, aktif toplamının %2'sini geçmeyen kiralama işlemlerimizin toplamı yenilenen sözleşmeler dahil olmak üzere 342.674.659 TL + KDV olup, 2025 yılındaki satışlarımızı oluşturan QFlats Projesi kapsamında gerçekleşen satış vaadi sözleşmeli konut satışlarının toplamı 369.152.039 TL + KDV olarak gerçekleşmiştir.

Pursuant to Article 40-3(c) of the Capital Markets Board's Real Estate Investment Trusts Regulation No. III-48.1; within 2025, the total of our leasing transactions, not exceeding 2% of the total assets, including renewed contracts, amounts to 342,674. 659 TL + VAT, including renewed contracts, and the total amount of residential sales under sales promise agreements within the scope of the QFlats Project, which constitutes our sales in 2025, amounted to 369,152,039 TL + VAT.

This is the translation of the Turkish disclosure made through the Public Disclosure Platform. In accordance with CMB legislation, in case of any difference between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
