Statement of Responsibility in accordance with Article 9 of the Communiqué on Principles Regarding Financial Reporting in Capital Markets (II-14.1);

OUR DECLARATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 9 OF THE COMMUNIQUÉ NUMBERED II-14.1 OF THE CAPITAL MARKETS BOARD

a. We have examined the financial statements and annual report of our Company for the annual period ending on 31.12.2024 (Accounting Period 01.01.2024-31.12.2024) prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué Serial II, No. 14.1 "Communiqué on Principles Regarding Financial Reporting in Capital Markets", as well as the Corporate Governance Principles Compliance Report, Corporate Governance Information Form and Sustainability Compliance Report.

b. To the best of our knowledge and information available to us within the scope of our duties and responsibilities at the Company, the financial statements, annual report, Corporate Governance Principles Compliance Report, Corporate Governance Information Form and Sustainability Compliance Report do not contain any misstatements on material matters or any omissions that may be construed as misleading as of the date of the disclosure.

c. To the best of our knowledge within the scope of our duties and responsibilities at the Company, the financial statements and annual report prepared in accordance with the applicable financial reporting standards give a true and fair view of the Company's assets, liabilities, financial position and profit and loss.

SERMAYE PİYASASI KURULUNUN II-14.1 SAYILI TEBLİĞİN 9. MADDESİ GEREĞİ BEYANIMIZDIR

a. Şirketimizin, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri II, 14.1 Sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finan- sal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" çerçevesinde hazırlanan ve 31.12.2024 tarihinde sona eren (01.01.2024-31.12.2024 Hesap Dönemi) yıllık döneme ait finansal tablolar ve faaliyet raporu ile Kurumsal Yönetim İlkeleri Uyum Raporu,  Kurumsal Yönetim Bilgi Formu ve Sürdürülebilirlik Uyum Raporu tarafımızdan incelenmiştir.

b. Şirketteki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, finan- sal tablolar ve faaliyet raporu ile Kurumsal Yönetim İlkeleri Uyum Raporu,  Kurumsal Yönetim Bilgi Formu ve Sürdürülebilirlik Uyum Raporu önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibariyle yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermemektedir.

c. Şirketteki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, yü- rürlükteki finansal raporlama standartlarına göre hazırlanmış finansal tablolar ve faaliyet raporu Şirketin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kar ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıtmaktadır.
