Şirketimizin, İstanbul İli, Pendik İlçesi, Kurtköy Mahallesi'nde bulunan ve tapunun 4000 Ada, 8 Parsel numarasında kayıtlı 10.795 m2 alanlı, QC İnşaat Proje Mümessillik Gayrimenkul Yatırım AŞ mülkiyetindeki, arsa nitelikli taşınmaz üzerinde;

Ana yüklenicisi Tepe İnşaat Sanayi AŞ, denetim hizmetlerini yürüten Entegre Proje Yönetim Dan.Müh. ve Tic.AŞ, deprem performanslarının incelenmesi ve değerlendirilmesinden sorumlu Allianz Teknik AŞ, mimari tasarımcı Tago Mimarlık Müh.Müş. ve Tic.Ltd.Şti., projenin bina tamamlama sigortasını üstlenen Quick Sigorta AŞ ve inşaat tüm riskler ve sorumluluk sigortası sağlayan Corpus Sigorta AŞ iş birliği ile geliştirdiği, 347 bağımsız bölümden oluşan "QFlats Konut Projesinin" temel atma töreni bugün (27.05.2025) gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Bu projedeki iş birlikleriyle, Türkiye'nin konut üretim süreçlerinde daha güvenli, denetlenebilir ve sürdürülebilir bir model oluşturulmuştur.

Our Company has a plot of land with an area of 10.795 m2 located in Kurtköy Neighborhood, Pendik District, Kurtköy Neighborhood, Pendik District, Istanbul Province and registered on Block 4000, Parcel 8 of the title deed and owned by QC İnşaat Proje Mümessillik Gayrimenkul Yatırım AŞ;

The main contractor is Tepe Construction Industry Inc. and the supervision services are provided by Entegre Proje Yönetim Dan. Müh. ve Tic. AŞ, Allianz Teknik AŞ responsible for the examination and evaluation of earthquake performances, Tago Mimarlık Müh. Müş. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., the architectural designer Tago Mimarlık Mühmet Müş. ve Tic. Şti., Quick Sigorta AŞ, which undertook the building completion insurance of the project, and Corpus Sigorta AŞ, which provides construction all risks and liability insurance, the groundbreaking ceremony of the "QFlats Housing Project" consisting of 347 independent sections was held today (27.05.2025).

With the collaborations in this project, a safer, auditable and sustainable model has been created in Turkey's housing production processes.
