CAPITAL MARKETS BOARD PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 9 OF THE COMMUNIQUE NUMBERED II-14.1 IT IS OUR DECLARATION

a.Our company's financial statements and activity report for the period ending on 30.09.2024 (01.01.2024-30.09.2024 Accounting Period) prepared within the framework of the "Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in the Capital Markets" numbered 14.1, Series II of the Capital Markets Board It has been examined by us.

b. Within the framework of the information we have in our field of duty and responsibility in the company, the financial statement does not contain any untrue statements on important matters or any deficiencies that could cause the statement to be misleading as of the date it was made.

c. The financial statements and annual report prepared in accordance with the applicable financial reporting standards, within the framework of the information we have in our field of duty and responsibility in the Company, honestly reflect the truth about the Company's assets, liabilities, financial situation and profit and loss.

a .Şirketimizin, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri II, 14.1 Sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" çerçevesinde hazırlanan ve 30.09.2024 tarihinde sona eren (01.01.2024-30.09.2024 Hesap Dönemi)  döneme ait finansal tabloları ve faaliyet raporu  tarafımızdan incelenmiştir.

b.Şirketteki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, finan- sal tablo önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibariyle yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermemektedir.

c.Şirketteki görev ve sorumluluk alanımızda sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, yürürlükteki finansal raporlama standartlarına göre hazırlanmış finansal tablolar ve faaliyet raporu, Şirketin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kar ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıtmaktadır.
