Şirketimizin, İstanbul İli, Pendik İlçesi, Kurtköy Mahallesi'nde geliştirdiği konut nitelikli QFlats Projesi'nde yer alacak 347 bağımsız bölüme ilişkin yapı ruhsatları 20.11.2024 tarihinde alınmıştır.

The building permits for 347 independent units to be included in the residential QFlats Project developed by our Company in Kurtköy Neighborhood, Pendik District, Istanbul Province were obtained on 20.11.2024.

This is the translation of the Turkish disclosure made through the Public Disclosure Platform. In accordance with CMB legislation, in case of any difference between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
