Dividend Rate Table Explanations

In the Notice Regarding Dividend Distribution Procedures of our Company dated May 07, 2025 and disclosed to the public via https://www.kap.org.tr/en/Bildirim/1435090 link;

Pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors dated May 07, 2025 and numbered 23, in accordance with the Company's dividend distribution policy and the Company's articles of association, the dividend distribution proposal to be proposed to the General Assembly regarding the distribution of TL 41,350,000 of net profit in the form of bonus shares, corresponding to 58,23% of the net distributable profit for the period in which the first dividend will be calculated, and the remaining amount to be taken into the extraordinary reserves account, within the framework of the Capital Markets legislation,
