Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Kurumsal Yönetim İlkeleri çerçevesinde, Şirketimizin kurumsal yönetim derecelendirme notunun belirlenmesi amacıyla DRC Derecelendirme Hizmetleri AŞ  (DRC Rating) ile Şirketimiz arasında 06.12.2024 tarihinde 1 yıllık kurumsal yönetim ilkelerine uyum derecelendirmesi sözleşmesi imzalanmıştır.

Within the framework of the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Principles, a 1-year corporate governance principles compliance rating contract was signed on 06.12.2024 between our Company and DRC Rating Services AŞ (DRC Rating) in order to determine our Company's corporate governance rating score.

This is the translation of the Turkish disclosure made through the Public Disclosure Platform. In accordance with CMB legislation, in case of any difference between the Turkish and English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
