Notification about threshold crossing in MHP's GDRs

MHP SE (LSE: MHPC), the parent company of a leading international agro-industrial group with headquarters in Ukraine, today announces that it was informed by KOPERNIK GLOBAL INVESTORS, LLC about threshold crossing in MHP SE in amount of 5,512,612 GDRs (voting rights), which represent 5.15% of the total voting rights of the Company (107,038,208 GDRs).

Note: this announcement is made based of the form received by MHP from KOPERNIK GLOBAL INVESTORS, LLC on 12 May 2020 notifying the acquisition or disposal of major holdings as required by Disclosure and Transparency Rules for listed companies and monitored by FCA.
