Shares granted to participants under the 2023 Loan Share Plan incentive scheme (LSP 2023) totalled 1,952,900 shares (Kerr: 1,018,000, Dobson: 542,200, and Stokes: 392,700). To achieve these totals the Company has issued 464,400 shares (Kerr: 318,000, Dobson: 92,200, and Stokes: 54,200) and also re-allotted to 2023 participants 1,488,500 shares compulsorily divested by a former employee under the terms of the Loan Share Plan incentive scheme (Kerr:700,000, Dobson: 450000, and Stokes: 338,500).
