Please find enclosed a Form 604 - Notice of change of interests of substantial holder dated 28 June 2017 in respect of the interests of APAC Resources Limited ("APAC") in Mount Gibson Iron Limited (ASX: MGX) ("MGX").

The changes notified in the enclosed Form 604 are a result of an internal restructuring within the APAC Group relating to an intragroup transfer of shares in MGX from APAC Resources Capital Limited and APAC Resources Strategic Holdings Limited, respectively, to APAC Resources Investments Limited, all of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of APAC. The relevant interest in MGX held by the APAC Group remains unchanged.
