PROPOSED SHARE PLACEMENT
Mr Brian Johnson, Managing Director of Mount Gibson Iron Limited announced today that Mr Ross Chen, Director of Felina Holdings Pty Ltd, the subsidiary of the Granier Family Trust which has committed to subscribe for 18.9 million shares in the Company at 25 cents each (A\$4,725,000), has advised that Mr Richard Granier has confirmed that the funds for the subscription have been transmitted, and will be available to complete the subscription in two to three days.
