Director Resignation
Mount Gibson Iron Limited (the Company) advises that due to increased business commitments, Mr Kin Chan has decided to resign as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
The Board thanks Mr Chan, who was appointed a Director in September 2016, for his significant contribution during a successful period for the Company, and wishes him further success in his future endeavours.
Mr Chan’s resignation is effective as of 5 January 2018.
