Mount Gibson Iron Limited (“ the Company ”) advises that Mr Geoffrey Hill has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company.
Mr Hill, 65, is a company director and merchant banker. He has a long history as a director and served as Managing Director & Chief Executive Australia of the Morgan Grenfell group in the mid-1980s, before forming his own investment advisory business, International Pacific Securities. He is currently a director of Broken Hill Prospecting Limited, Heritage Gold Limited, Metals Finance Limited, Asian Property Investments Limited and is the executive chairman of International Pacific Securities Inc.
