RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Mount Gibson Iron Limited wishes to advise that Craig Readhead has resigned as a director of the company with immediate effect.
Mr Readhead was appointed as a director in December 2001 and has served Mount Gibson in this capacity for nearly 10 years. The Board of Mount Gibson wishes to record its thanks to Mr Readhead for his long standing commitment and contribution to the company.
The Board will give consideration to a replacement for Mr Readhead in due course.
