APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
Mount Gibson Iron Limited (ASX Code: MGX) today announced the appointment of Mr Peter Ross Bilbe as a non executive director of the Company.
Peter is a Mining Engineer with more than 30 years experience in operational and corporate roles both in Australia and overseas. Peter was previously the Managing Director of Aztec Resources Limited. Peter's appointment increases the Board of Directors of Mount Gibson Iron to eight members and takes effect immediately.
Chairman of Mount Gibson Iron Mr Bill Willis said, "On behalf of all shareholders and my fellow directors, I welcome Peter to the Board".
