Notice of Date for AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Mount Gibson Iron Limited (the Company) hereby gives notice that the Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held at the Karri Room, Parmelia Hilton, 14 Mill Street Perth WA 6000, on Wednesday 14 November 2018, commencing at 9.30 am (WST).
Under the Company’s Constitution and in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3, valid nominations for the position of director are required to be lodged at the registered office of the Company by no later than Wednesday 26 September 2018.
This notice is given in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
