Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)
M&G plc (the 'Company') announces changes to the interest in the Company for certain PDMRs further to the release of dividend equivalent shares following the Company's interim dividend payment on 30 April 2026.
Certain discretionary share plan awards were released to the PDMRs on 31 March and 1 April 2026, following their vest dates, the details of which were announced by the company on 2 April and 7 April 2026. As these awards accrued dividend equivalent shares, these were subsequently added to the awards with effect from the dividend payment date of 30 April 2026, these details were announced by the Company on 1 May 2026.
On 13 May 2026, the dividend equivalent shares that had accrued on the vested discretionary share plan awards were subsequently released to the PDMRs as set out below. The PDMRs retained the balance of shares after deductions to cover tax labilities and sale costs.
The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provide further details.
