Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Release of shares under the M&G plc Deferred Incentive Plan ('DIP') and the M&G plc Performance Share Plan ('PSP')

On 2 April 2024, Awards granted in respect of awards forfeited from previous employers ('Recruitment Awards)' to Clive Bolton, Joseph Pinto and Louise Shield in 2023 vested and were subsequently released to the PDMRs on 3 April 2024. The Awards that vested and were released under the PSP for Mr. Bolton and Ms. Shield were subject to performance conditions.  

On 2 April 2024 the holding period for a Recruitment Award granted to Ms. Shield in 2023 ended and the Award was released to her on 3 April 2024.

Additionally, on 3 April 2024, Louise Gelling's Recruitment Award that vested on 28 March 2024 was released to her.

For all Awards released to the PDMRs on 3 April 2024, sufficient shares were sold to cover the PDMRs' tax liabilities and sales costs, with the balance of shares retained by the PDMRs.
