Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

M&G plc announces that on 19 October 2023, nil-cost option awards were granted to the below PDMRs under the M&G plc Performance Share Plan ('PSP').

The PSP awards granted to Charlotte Heiss and Caroline Connellan are subject to the achievement of performance conditions over a three-year period, with an additional subsequent two year holding period. The awards were made using the average market share price for the five days preceding the award date, being £1.9894.

The PSP awards granted to Clive Bolton vest in 2024, 2025 and 2026 in respect of awards forfeited from his previous employment, each being subject to the achievement of performance conditions over three-years. The awards were made using the average market share price for the five days preceding the award date, being £1.9894.

The PSP awards granted to Joseph Pinto vest in 2024 and 2025 in respect of awards forfeited from his previous employment. The grant price used for these awards was aligned to the share price used for the awards granted under the PSP in March 2023, being £1.853.

The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
