Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') - Correction

The following corrections have been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 2 December 2021 under RNS number 4379U.

The number of ordinary shares of 5 pence each purchased by Massimo Tosato, Non-executive Director, on 1 December 2021 has been corrected from 30,152 shares to 52,800 shares.

The average purchase price of these shares has been corrected from £1.8865 per share to £1.8937 per share.

All other details remain unchanged.
