M&G Chairman and CEO make share purchase
Further to the Company's announcement of 29 September 2022, Andrea Rossi has today joined the Company as CEO and Executive Director.
Mr. Rossi purchased 175,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each on 7 October 2022.
Edward Braham, Chair, purchased 95,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each on 7 October 2022.
