CORRIGENDUM TO THE NOTICE OF POSTAL BALLOT

Corrigendum to the Notice of Postal Ballot dated September 26, 2024 to pass the resolution specified in Item No.2. This Corrigendum is issued in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the original Notice already issued and emailed/ dispatched to the shareholders.

This is to inform you that in the original notice, the name of the proposed allottee mentioned as *Mr. Hardik Rasiklal Nayak (PAN No: ADNPN1060D), Upon a detailed review and investigation, it was determined that Mr. Hardik Rasiklal Nayak* does not meet the eligibility criteria for the preferential allotment as per the Regulation 159 (1) of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.

Therefore, the Board of Directors has approved *MS. BHALANI GRISHMA as the revised allottee in place of Mr. Hardik Rasiklal Nayak*

Accordingly, the name of the allottee has been revised to: MS. BHALANI GRISHMA **

In addition to that we are herewith providing additional details related to Pre-Preferential Shareholding and Post Preferential Shareholding of Proposed Allottees in compliance of comments of BSE Limited dated 18.10.2024 (Stock Exchange).
