Appointment of Mr. Karansingh Tomar (DIN: 08981846) as an Additional Director effective 21[st] July, 2021 and as Managing Director effective 21[st] July, 2021 to hold office for a term upto 5 consecutive years subject to approval of members in the General Meeting.

The details required along with brief profile under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/ CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure.

We, further affirm that Mr. Karansingh Tomar have not been debarred from holding the office of the Director by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India or such other authorities.
